The International Institute for Critical Studies in Improvisation is a 2.5 million dollar SSHRC Partnership. It involves six universities, one foundation partner, and over sixty community partners across Canada. It carries on from the successful Improvisation, Community, and Social Practice research initiative and will run at least until 2020.
