Thanks to Rick Kotowich for our Improv Circle

Thanks so much to RISC research associate Rick Kotowich, who ran sessions exploring improvisation games in Fall 2020.

Updates and Invites

Hope you are all having a lovely summer, despite these tricky times

1. We are planning an online meeting with Centre researchers, partners, artists later in August to plan our next steps. The incredible Michelle Stewart will be joining Rebecca Caines as co-director as the Centre moves forward (hurrah!)

2. A number of RISC researchers and partners are involved in the fantastic IF: Improvisation Festival coming up very soon. It is a festival of improvised arts, all viewable online August 8, 2020, hope you can be part of it!

Watch your email for an invite to the August sharing meet up, or contact Rebecca Caines for info:

Annual Reports now online

Our 2019- 2020 was another busy year, with the continuation of a number of initatives, and the launch of new projects. We also spent considerable time planning for the next phase of the Centre, including joining in a national grant to continue the work of the IICSI network (fingers crossed!)

We have now put our local annual reports online here, but remember to contact us, or visit the project websites for full information and to learn more about what our researchers and partners are up to!

The full IICSI website has all the information on the activities of the whole international research network.

And check out the newest project from 2019 called"multiPLAY."

It is a national project that involves many of RISC researchers and partners.
